Nancy Pitts is a native Virginian and has been an adoption paralegal at Gary B. Allison's Law Office since 1990. Prior to this, she worked as a paralegal at Elliott & Nicklas Law Office in Frederick, Maryland. Nancy is the paralegal responsible for handling adoptions both domestic and international. She works closely with, agencies, hospitals, birth mothers, adoptive parents, courts and other attorneys including other attorney members throughout the country of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys. She obtained her paralegal degree at the University of Maryland. Nancy enjoys meeting, talking with and helping people.

Lynda Salter is originally from Michigan and has been a paralegal at Gary B. Allison's Law Office since 2009. This is a second career for Lynda. She has worked as a paralegal since 2005. Lynda is a retired AT&T manager. She holds a Business Administration Degree and Master of Arts in Organizational Management. In addition, she holds a Paralegal Certificate from Old Dominion University. Lynda is the paralegal responsible for handling criminal and civil matters.
