Gary B Allison

Gary Allison has represented clients in the courts of Virginia since 1983. Prior to this he served as a prosecutor for the Commonwealth Attorney's office, Virginia Beach from 1976 - 1983. He has a combined 35 years of legal service to the people of Virginia. As an active trial lawyer Mr. Allison has come to know the law as well as the sentencing habits of courts and judges. Mr. Allison is a fellow of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys since 1991 and is highly respected for his work in adoption and family matters. He has also practiced in both Military and Federal courts.

Mr. Allison received his Juris Doctor in 1974 from the University of Akron, Akron Ohio. He was a member of the Akron Law review from 1972. In 1971 he received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Akron. Over the years he has served on the board of community organizations including the Pungo Strawberry Festival and the Magic Hollow Community Association. He has also taught Business Law, Accounting and Finance, as an adjunct professor at the Tidewater Community College, assisting to lay the foundation for future leaders.
